1) Exterior

- we need new address numbers
- haul away trash
- frame an open crawlspace entry (if no frame) and cover it with
plywood
2) Landscaping
- repair the fence with two gates if needed
- front yard: cut, blow, trim vegetation, and
edge
- backyard: cut and trim vegetation, trim limbs off sidewalks
3) Interior
- the water heater works but it's over 20 years old, replace it with a 30-gallon gas
- air filters
- install carpet and pad per yard, living room, and hallway
- final clean after the rehab to make it rent-ready, place two (2) air fresheners on the property
- professional shampooing and cleaning the carpet for 2 bedrooms
- basic spray for roaches, spiders, etc., the potential for changer order if...
