Sensational company! I renovated my master bathroom . Doni, the owner of the company, understood exactly what I was aiming for and made it a reality. Through the demolition and construction Doni was there checking every detail. The demolition went perfectly .Every area of flooring was covered and protected, debris was removed off-site and each day they swept and vacuumed. Every worker that came through was exceptional from the man who applied the wet mop to the tile men. It was nothing short of incredible to see them work so hard to make sure everything was done just right. Boris (terrific) the foreman came everyday to communicate exactly what was needed and to make sure I understood what was next .Eddie was simply amazing! There wasn't much he couldn't do. Easy to work with, high-quality results ,on time and on budget as promised. They were not finished until I was completely satisfied. Great level of customer care and commitment to a job well done.

I had never done any major construction or remodel in my house prior to my kitchen redesign and remodel in Fall 2018. After doing extensive research and meeting with 7 different contractors, I selected LaVie Construction for the project, and am very glad I made that decision. Doni LaVie and his team were a pleasure to work with. Doni took my initial requests and crafted them into a vision and finished product that exceeded my expectations. He and his crew were easy to work with and professional throughout the process. And although I was bracing for financial surprises mid-project, there were none, as they came in on budget. After 3 months with my new kitchen, I couldn’t be happier and am grateful that LaVie did such a great job. I would have no hesitations working with them again or referring them to friends.

I am the president of our HOA. We hired LaVie Construction to completely remodel our lobby. The result was spectacular. We just hired them again to take care of structural issues with the overhang to the lobby entry. It was a very complicated project. I had complete confidence in Doni and his crew and was not disappointed. I know I can depend on him and his company for excellent service and professional, reliable results every time. I am nwvrr disappointed.

We hired Lavie because they said they do both roofing and HVAC, and they have an extremely high score on buildzoom. So we choose Lavie and paid thousand dollars more than second highest bidder.
The quality of the work is great, always on time, clear up erery day, but why I only give 3 stars because on the contract have a lot of "gray" areas, which lavie construction support to write down the "detail" on materials they're going to use, and how they're going to fix, for example, we're re-roofing, Lavie construction said they're using cold shingle, but did not said which type, the price range from $ to $$$$$,

So before you signed the contract, make sure no gray area, you both agreed on materials type (must be detailed), know exactly how Lavie going to fix.....

By the way, Lavie finished my job about four months ago, but I still waiting on the warranty certificate .....

Whenever we need anything done on our home we call Lavie Construction. There’s no need to look anywhere else, been there done that. It’s really hard to find a reliable professional contractor that does a FANTASTIC job. Once we worked with Doni and his team my husband and I agreed we found a gem. Lavie Construction is our go to whenever we need a contractor. They have made our old outdated home look new again. We just wrapped up a new bathroom construction and remodel of existing space with Doni. Doni and his team were great to work with, very professional and were flexible with some last minute changes to the plans. He finished exactly on schedule and did a great job maximizing our small space. We can't recommend Lavie Construction highly enough!

Listened to what I wanted, and made design suggestions. Only contractor to say he would produce a rendering graphic so that we would be able to see exactly what we were getting. Said he would go over our budget, which is a non-starter. Still considering, but must not exceed budget.

Our condo association hired Lavie Construction to replace our old lobby door with a frameless glass door and side lites, including a motion sensor exit device. We couldn't be happier with the results and with every aspect of the project. Doni was responsive, punctual, easy to talk to and his workers were the same. He also did some tile work and said "If you're not happy with the results, the work is free." How many contractors feel comfortable putting that in writing? He did. Needless to say, we wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

We've got our 430 sqft room addition done with Lavie construction. Doni took care of our project in a one stop shop, he got our blue prints done, handled with the city to approve our project and the building portion. We are happy with the process and with the outcome.

Last year we got our bathroom remodeled with another company that did not-the-best work. Space planing was wrong, we could not even get to open the shower door. Doni was able to provide excellent ideas to fix the lousy job and to fit into our budget, he made it to sweeten the whole inconvenience for the family and we are happy we chose him, will definitely reach out to him for any future renovation we will need.

We had a complete kitchen remodel done with Lavie Construction. Doni was very professional about presenting a visual design and juggling things around so we could make better design choices. He was helpful about promoting design strategies and guiding us in our decision making. Alex, the project manager, was very on top of the progress and keeping us posted, he was always willing to address any of our concerns. The workers were friendly, hard working, and clean at the end of every day. Lavie Construction was very accommodating about incorporating things which were slightly out of original scope for no extra cost. They approached complications with a positive attitude and changed things to satisfy our requirements. They completed the entire project ahead of schedule and we highly recommend them!

We bought a house in a great deal, knowing it has to be completely renovated. We hired Lavie Construction to perform the renovations. We chose Doni because we felt most comfortable with him. He was able to develop a detailed budget to the complete project and a realistic schedule based on the wish list that we defined during the meetings that we had with him. During the project, Doni was able to solve any issue by providing great ideas that will prevent problems during the remodeling. Doni visited the house on a daily basis and he supervised the actual work with him workers. The remodeling was done on time according to the contract and our house looks beautiful. We can tell that Doni is trying hard to make his customers happy!

Our kitchen needed an update, Doni was able to come up with a smart plan to maximize the space in a way that it will make the room feel much bigger. He completely understood what we wanted and his suggestions for floor, back splash and appliances were all great. He joined us to all the places where we could see and check the options of the main things such as appliances, materials and more. His work proved us that no detail was too small for him and the perfection is in fact the main goal. Throughout the process and work, Doni and the workers were very professional while listening to all of our comments and concerns and they did great at handling any problem to remove any stress from us. We highly recommend Lavie Construction.

We had Lavie Construction replace the roof at my mother’s house and it was a good experience. The work was done quickly and efficiency, clan up was excellent, I was especially pleased with how careful Doni was to loop me into the process to ensure that my mother really understood what was happening and what she pays for. He treated my mom with respect, and got us involved in any part of the process. I would definitely be pleased to work with them again because I felt they are professional and transparent and respect my mother as an older client and me as her agent.

It was a long road to find a contractor that I can trust and that will actually listen to us and what we need an want, with LaVie Construction it was as easy as it could be. everything that was promised in the contract was fulfilled and beyond, there was a great communication with Doni, and we couldn't'[t find anything wrong with the results. Highly professional and reliable! Lavie Construction is our go-to contractor for home improvements after having a great experience completing our kitchen remodel with them.

After doing some research, I chose to have Lavie to do a complete remodel on my house in Rancho Cucamonga. Included in the work was a remodel of the kitchen, two bathrooms, mall new flooring, new ceiling and tile in patio. Doni, the contractor for Lavie Construction did all the planning and was there every day with his exceptional team. Everything was done according to the plan and done perfect. Doni agreed to change what we asked him to, and we felt that we are being well taken care of. Doni made the remodeling process stress free experience for us.

We have remodeled our kitchen and couldn't b happier! We heard stories about home remodeling, well, not with Lavie! Doni is the best! He and the crew always came on time, always cleaned up and did excellent work, but most important, Doni listened to us and to what WE wanted! We LOVE our new kitchen and highly recommend them!

All the bathrooms in my home needed to be remodeled as the cupboards were falling apart, the faucets were leaking and the tiles were falling off the walls. My husband decided to ask his friends to recommend a construction company to do the job. We chose LaVie Construction after we visited their website and saw the photos of the bathrooms they had worked on before. Isaac was the Project Manager who worked on our bathrooms, he gave us exactly what we wanted, even the kids got the tiles they liked in their bathroom, the master bathroom is now looking very spectacular and the guest bathroom is looking just like the one I saw on the website. They did an excellent job and I am happy with all the process and results.

we wanted to remodel our kitchen,3 bathrooms and we also wanted a concrete deck in our backyard, new AC system and painting, as well as new windows and entry door. My friend recommended Lavie Construction and their representative came out to my home 1 day after I called their office, they gave me a quote so I knew what the cost would be. The Project manager Isaac, was very easy going and understanding, a true professional. Now our home is looking great, as we enjoy a new kitchen and bathrooms, the interior has been painted, we have a new AC unit, and new windows. Our home feels brand new, as the concrete deck in the backyard makes it possible for our family to relax and enjoy themselves under the skies in the afternoon when the weather is cool. Overall we are very happy with the work done.

Since I moved into my new house a few years ago I have been searching for a great contractor and have always been disappointed. Finally, my son found Issac Lew, at Lavie Construction, and it has been an absolute pleasure working with him. I am bowled over by his professionalism. I had a broad variety of projects I needed done; from new doors/windows installation, outdoor lighting, and electrical work, to putting in floors and a marble island in my kitchen. Isaac was always on time, as were his electricians, painters, builders, etc.; who, by the way, were all top caliber in their respective fields.

When a water damage mitigation company damaged part of my kitchen, it was Isaac who addressed and fixed all of their mistakes. My kitchen now looks better than it did when I moved in! We used Lavie Construction to upgrade our kitchen and master bathroom. We worked with Ivan who is very organized and meticulous. Overall, there were a couple of things we may have done differently, but we are happy with the quality of the work. Ivan was always honest about the time frames and he was very easy to get a hold of. We are planning to use Lavie Construction for our upcoming landscaping project.

Ivan provided us with multiple 3D renderings of our kitchen which really helped us make important layout decisions. We have our house built in 1978 in Pasadena which was very outdated, all was in real need of renewing including electrical and plumbing. We interviewed 5 contractors and finally decided to go with Lavie Construction because they have Isaac which is an interior designer and we really needed someone to advise about the style and layout. Isaac found a great financing plan for us and we were good to go. Initially the plan was to remodel only the two bathrooms and the kitchen, but in the end the project turned into a complete remodel of the house (plumbing, electrical, draining, kitchen, bathrooms, painting, floors).Isaac and Alex (the project manager) did their best they could to deliver what we wanted, which is special materials, such as cement tiles and reclaimed bricks. They were always responsive and we can tell that it was genuinely important for them that we will be happy with every step. I would highly recommend them!

I was referred to Lavie Construction by one of our neighbors, so I reached out directly to Doni, and he could meet me at my house within a few days of that first call. He came out, took measurements, asked questions, and wrote down notes. A few days later my husband and I met with Doni again, and we all went together to their showroom, Doni helped us to choose the cabinets and a matching granite. Doni had some good suggestions, minimizing the “dead space” I thought I’d be stuck with. He used the computer to show us a preview of our kitchen in 3D. We signed off on the design, put down a deposit, and the project started 3 days later. Our cabinets and countertop took about 7 days to arrive, which was within the timeline we had discussed. After that, someone was at my house almost every day to complete work. Doni was very responsive on texts and answered all our phone calls. We love our beautiful new kitchen, and we would recommend Lavie Construction to anyone looking to do a high-quality kitchen remodel on a budget.

We met with several companies to remodel our kitchen, most of them could not work around our ideas and vision for the kitchen design. Than we found Lavie Construction in the community magazine, we called them and Marco was on the phone. The day after we met with Ben, he showed up right on time, listened to us and made a demonstration to give us an idea of how our vision is going to look like in real. Ben got the concept of our kitchen and the results we were trying to achieve. We scheduled one more meeting so we can see what Ben included in the new kitchen in regards to storage space and appliances. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Ben to start the following week so we could buy all the appliances and materials. Ben took us to his vendor where we picked our tiles and countertops. Any question or concern that we had, Ben took care of it immediately. If a change was required, we reviewed the order before signing the updated proposal. The workers were clean, friendly, willing to answer questions. Now we have a beautiful kitchen to enjoy and it was a pleasure working with them.​

I worked closely with Doni Lavie to figure out a strategy and we broke down the project into phases so it wouldn't be overwhelming. We started off with the fundamentals and his crew came out on time and completed the work ahead of schedule-running new rain gutters, sealing the foundation and installing drainage. Doni then helped me refine my landscaping plan for the front and backyard and was helpful in showing me different options to fit my budget as well as providing some information on government assistance programs. I was impressed on the efficiency of the crew and the design skills that Doni displayed.
