We hired Oro Coast builders to do a project on our house this past spring 2021. We evaluated 4 different companies and while their bid was not the lowest, it was still competitive. I selected them because , I felt many of the other companies weren't fully understanding the scope and details of what we wanted. Oro Coast builders seemed more clear on what was needed and engaged. More importantly their input was valuable in altering the path of the project and saving some money. During construction there were a few blips that are to be expected with a larger project, but overall they worked hard to achieve a high quality result and incorporated a bit more work than was originally planned - which was a nice gesture. We will very likely work with them again in the future as they were reliable, communicative and did what they said they would do.

Oro Coast built a deck and installed new pavement in the backyard. Good counselling upfront, and finished the project on time, with no extra costs. Excellent work.

We hired Oro Coast Builders for a full bathroom remodel and new flooring throughout our living room and kitchen areas. To be honest, it was daunting to find a contractor that would be able to complete high quality work in a timely manner. We could not have been more thrilled (and relieved!) to find Oro Coast Builders. Our project manager and foreman were extremely knowledgeable, responsive, detail-oriented, and friendly.

Our project manager, Ben, advised us on where to shop and even came with us to help make some of the tougher decisions. We got some fantastic deals on tiles, vanity, flooring, etc. and were able to design a gorgeous and functional bathroom with their help. Throughout the process, they were in constant communication with us and made sure we were involved during every phase. When it came to finishes, they spent extra time to make sure everything was perfect. The Oro Coast Builders team are very proactive, making sure the project stays on track and completed in a timely manner. Also, they were very diligent in keeping their work area clean and tidy, which was quite impressive.

We could not be happier with the finished results of our bathroom and new wood floor! The whole process was more fun than stressful - thanks to a great team! We highly recommend Oro Coast Builders for any remodeling needs.

Oro Coast Builders completed our kitchen remodel, including the removal of one full wall and the majority of another wall. We are extremely pleased with the results and love our beautiful new kitchen! Even though we were new to the whole remodeling process, they were very patient and accommodating. Our project manager Ben was very responsive and helpful. A special thank you to Ben and his crew for all their hard work and advice. Their eye for detail was indispensable.

As construction started in the middle of the pandemic and lockdown, I was worried my project would be significantly impacted. We had a wonderful experience with Oro Coast Builders. We started our project with design in April 2019 and moved into our newly remodeled home in January 2020. My husband and I had been stuck on a design concept for years, which prevented us from starting any renovations. However, meeting the team at Oro Coast Builders really put us at ease. The designer came in and made fantastic suggestions. Our project manager facilitated a very scheduled and structured work environment where everyone was on the same page and benchmarks were completed on time. We did make several changes throughout the project, and they were flexible and helped to make sure we stayed within our budget. Every person that worked on our house was polite and professional. They used quality materials and focused on making sure we were happy with every element. We had a wonderful experience working with Oro Coast Builders. We are extremely happy with our beautiful new living space!

After years of contemplating renovating my kitchen and patio, I finally decided to pull the trigger with Oro Coast Builders. While I had a lot of initial anxiety, my project manager and his team really put my worries at ease. My kitchen renovation was quite extensive (removing two walls, adding an island, moving plumbing, opening a staircase, framing new windows, etc.), but the team at Oro Coast Builders completed a gorgeous and expansive open concept kitchen and dining area for me and my family. In addition, we decided to add a screened in porch and a pergola in the backyard. Everything turned out better than I had initially imagined! The crew was exceptionally professional, communicative (which really eased my anxiety), and detailed oriented. The project was completed in a timely manner, which was important as we were still living in the house during the construction. Everything was kept neat and tidy at the end of everyday and the final results are breathtaking! I'm so grateful for Oro Coast Builders for making the process smooth, transparent, and actually quite fun. Of course, I'm most grateful for my gorgeous (and functional!) new kitchen and cozy backyard setup. I highly recommend Oro Coast Builders for any remodeling needs.

Amazing work - wonderful experience! We hired Oro Coast Builders to change the flooring in our house from carpet to wood. They saved us a ton of money by using their vendor discounts. They wanted to charge us $9 per square foot and he got us $5.99 per square foot. The crew was professional and timely. The whole project took 3 days! We are so happy with the outcome and now have beautiful flooring throughout our house.

My mom and I came across Oro Coast Builders while they were remodeling our neighbors house. We called Ben for a quote on 2 bathrooms and to change out the flooring. They were able to come out the following day... which was very convenient and unheard of in the Bay Area! We decided to go with them because Ben was super knowledgeable and addressed all of our concerns head on which insured us that if any problem arose he would be present and hands-on. All in all the job was done as promised and we couldn't be happier. 5 stars all the way for Oro Coast Builders.
