On the day of the project they showed up with an entire crew of maybe 9 guys and did the whole house in one day, then came back and did the second coat in a day. We were really impressed and would hire Redkorp again for our next project

After a multiple contractor interviews, we decided to go with Redkorp Inc., even though their price came in right about the middle of all of our estimates. We chose to go with them because their rep took the time to sit with us and answer all of our questions. They were the only ones who took the time to give us a tour of a project that was wrapping up, and the bathrooms were incredible! Their customer service is really top-notch, and we felt the most comfortable with them out of all the other contractors interviewed. We asked them to do almost an exact replica of what they did in the project we saw, and our bathrooms also came out spectacular. We want to do the kitchen after we save up some more money, and Redkorp Inc. is our top choice!

Redkorp actually offered to send the owner (Alon) to my home since they knew it was such a large project. Come to find out he had a huge background in new home construction, he is a very smart man. I have had problems with companies not being responsive and would not send me an estimate. Redkorp came out and had a detailed proposal in my email within 24 hours.     My husband wanted a man-cave, so we converted the storage area in our yard into our den, including gas fire pit! We contacted several construction companies before talking to Redkorp/Doctor House. We appreciated the details that their representative went through with us. All our questions were answered and every request was met with a "yes we can do that." Once the work started, everything went smoothly from excavation, selection of materials and colors to fine finishing. Alon, the general contractor, was very accommodating and had given us recommendations that made our project even better at an affordable cost. We would certainly recommend Doctor House to anyone needing construction services, be it repairs or building a new house. Their customer service is amazing!

    I finished my garage conversion with Redkorp and I have to say, their team is excellent! They work very fast and I am so happy with the finished product. I did this project a little over a year ago and I know that garage conversions are now a huge thing in LA, I suggest Redkorp if you want a high quality job!

   First it would be in your best interest to get plans/permits taken care of in order to get a more accurate estimate. There are companies that have the entire package where you can find everything you need, I would suggest looking for a design + build combined company. They can take care of any missing factors that may come along. Otherwise, an estimate will not be accurate and the ballpark price will be vary on an extremely large scale which is not useful for you (the homeowner).
