    Decks and Porches project

    Robert and crew did repairs and upgrades on our deck and sunroom and overall pleased with the results. Any questions or issues were resolved with Robert quickly. If there were items that we wanted to consider Robert was able to quickly provide input and pricing. Doing a project in which Covid-19 impacted lead-times and availability of items, I would recommend to all to clearly define in writing what items you want, color etc...and assure that it is ordered timely to assure that when the project is ready for that item there are no delays. Otherwise you will have to accept what is available vs what you really wanted. Also, I would state to have your projects going in which if you are working there is still light when you come home to clearer view what the days progress was in order to view something that was not completed as expected. Lastly, if there was something to improve I would state that it would be beneficial that if the project requires the owners to provide materials there is a list clearly provided with the amount needed, type i.e. 5 gallons of paint, specific details that are necessary for the project, i.e. railing - length; height; fascia mounted etc.. along with the time table as to when it should be at the project. Also, a written list of any supplies that the contractor may be able to recommend for said suppliers. My husband would have preferred to be able to just say here's what I want and not deal with having to acquire supplies. All those that did bid on the project required us to provide materials of some type.

They were more expensive than others I looked at, but they worked really quickly, had a very high quality bar, did a great job on finishing touches...it was worth the bit extra for how good a job they did and how timely they were. Robert was very professional.

    Considered for Sidewalk Replacement

    Kevin Cox did not come himself. The person he sent (can't remember his name) seemed very capable. Have not received a proposal yet from them.
    Mr. Vargas responded quickly, proposal received today.
    AM rep was first to come out, proposal received the same day.
    I have not been able to find reviews of these companies on Google. Can you help with that? I'm waiting for a bid from a company which I found myself and for our son to help us review these bids. No others needed.
